TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
- DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

- PLAYER ACCOUNTS
You must create a valid player account with the Casino in order to access its services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating Your account, including but not limited to Your name, address, and date of birth.
- WAGERING REQUIREMENTS AND BONUSES
The Casino offers various bonuses and promotions to its players. All bonus funds and winnings generated from such bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified by the Casino. You agree that any bonus funds or winnings will be forfeited if You fail to meet the applicable wagering requirements.
- PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All payments made to or by the Casino are subject to the following terms:
- The minimum deposit amount is £20 (or equivalent);
- The maximum daily withdrawal limit is £3,000;
- The maximum weekly withdrawal limit is £7,500;
- The maximum monthly withdrawal limit is £30,000;
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Duplicate account creation;
- Using VPN or other proxy services for registration purposes;
- Cheating or attempting to cheat at games;
- Collusion or attempting to collude with other players.

- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Casino regarding the use of its services. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded by these Terms.
- CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
The Casino may cancel or terminate Your account at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The Casino reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
- ADDITIONAL TERMS
In addition to these Terms, the Casino's privacy policy is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms.
- AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
These Terms may be amended or updated from time to time without prior notice.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Casino regarding the use of its services, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao.
